Venelle Salon and Spa Product Return Policy
for Hair Care, Skin and
Body Care and Cosmetics

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase
    as required by Venelle Salon and Spa in order for any exchanges
    and/or refunds to be given.

Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and /or used returns of the following items: makeup, makeup brushes and applicators, skin care products, hair brushes and combs, other hair accessories, nail care and pedicure care products. Exception:A refund, store credit or product exchange may be given for any opened item that is returned due to an adverse reaction that a client has experienced while using that product. The client must consult with a technician prior to receiving a credit or exchange of the product that is suspected of causing the adverse reaction and a declaration form regarding the sensitivity to the product must be completed in order for the exchange or credit to be issued.

Opened/Used Hair Care Product Returns: A store credit or exchange may be permitted for opened and/or used returns of hair care products upon consultation and approval with a salon manager.

We cannot accept returns of any products, opened or unopened, that have passed the product's expiration date.
