Here are some etiquette considerations we encourage our customers to follow.
Appointments
Please arrive early for your appointments to ensure your services run as smoothly
as possible. If you are receiving skin care, body treatments, or a massage, please
arrive five to ten minutes early. As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee
service for late arrivals. In most cases, we will have to reschedule or abbreviate
the intended services.
To schedule standing appointments with the therapist/technician of your choice,
just tell us the day and time that is best for you. Whether you are requesting a
weekly or monthly appointment, we will arrange it for you.
Cancellations
Because your appointment is reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify
us at least 48 hours in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment at Venelle
Spa, we will do everything possible to accommodate your wishes. In all cases, we
want to ensure that your desires are met. All packages and services more than two
hours long will be secured with a credit card. If a notice of cancellation is not
received, you will be charged fifty percent of the service total.
Cell phones
We ask that all cell phone ringers please be turned off or set to vibrate, and not
be used in the spa or relaxation areas. You are welcome to use your cell phone in
the reception area or the hair salon. Thank you for your cooperation.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of the service unless specified. If you are
satisfied with our service, a fifteen to twenty percent tip is customary. If you
are unhappy with our service, please let us know so we can make it right.Our mission
is to ensure that each service and visit meets your satisfaction.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for service, packages and dollar amounts. They are
presented to you in Venelle Spa. You may also purchase them over the phone and they
will be mailed to you in a gift envelope. If you wish to pick up the gift certificate
in person, it will be held for a period of thirty days.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable, and are good for one year. We are not responsible
for lost or stolen gift certificates.
